- Craft Individual Tax Returns: Ensure accuracy and timely submission while keeping things running smoothly.
- Prioritize and Hustle: Tackle cases with a keen eye and a strong work ethic.
- Communicate with Clients: Guide them through tax prep and keep them informed about necessary paperwork.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Less than a year of tax prep experience? No problem!
- Must-have: CTEC License (Active/Renewed) & PTIN
- Business Tax Returns preferred but not required
- Familiar with Schedules A, B, C, D, and E preparation and nuances
- Experience with amended returns and tax software? Even better!
- Ability to use analysis to ask meaningful fact-finding questions when presented with limited tax information/source documents.
- Knowledge of accounting processes
- Skilled using tax preparation software and experienced in troubleshooting common tax program problems.
- Book keeping is a huge bonus
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience consulting tax handbooks or other printed materials to determine the proper procedure for preparing challenging returns.
- Strong written and communications skills
