We’re looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our in-office team. If you're passionate about troubleshooting, supporting end-users, and learning new systems, this is a great opportunity to grow your IT career in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers (Windows/macOS) for new and current staff
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (user accounts, system access, permissions)
  • Manage user seats in platforms like CRM, RingCentral, and other SaaS tools
  • Administer Google Workspace (G-Suite), including Gmail, Drive, security, and settings
  • Track and organize IT inventory, maintain device documentation
  • Provide day-to-day help desk support for staff in the office


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of IT support experience (school, internships, or freelance work counts!)
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Groups, Admin Console)
  • Familiar with VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) and cloud-based CRMs
  • Comfortable setting up computers, printers, and basic networking
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment


Job Details:

  • In-office only (remote/hybrid not available)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
  • Some Paid holidays
  • Health and other benefits available after 90 days of employment
