Entry-Level IT Support Specialist
We’re looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our in-office team. If you're passionate about troubleshooting, supporting end-users, and learning new systems, this is a great opportunity to grow your IT career in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers (Windows/macOS) for new and current staff
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (user accounts, system access, permissions)
- Manage user seats in platforms like CRM, RingCentral, and other SaaS tools
- Administer Google Workspace (G-Suite), including Gmail, Drive, security, and settings
- Track and organize IT inventory, maintain device documentation
- Provide day-to-day help desk support for staff in the office
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of IT support experience (school, internships, or freelance work counts!)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Groups, Admin Console)
- Familiar with VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) and cloud-based CRMs
- Comfortable setting up computers, printers, and basic networking
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment
Job Details:
- In-office only (remote/hybrid not available)
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
- Some Paid holidays
- Health and other benefits available after 90 days of employment
