What You’ll Be Doing:
- Consult with potential clients and follow a proven, high-converting sales process
- Deliver real solutions to those in need
- Focus on quality conversations and efficient closing—our leads come to you
Who We're Looking For:
- Confident, persuasive sales professionals who know how to close
- Strong communicators who thrive on the phone
- Results-driven individuals who thrive in high-performance environments
Preferred Experience Includes:
- Inbound/outbound sales, telemarketing, or collections
- High-ticket sales such as automotive, real estate, mortgage, or student loans
- Consultative selling in areas like fitness, retail, or financial services
- Tax relief, debt settlement, or legal/paralegal experience is a major plus
Additional Details:
- Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one weekend per month)
- Compensation: 15-17% commission + performance bonuses | Uncapped Earnings
- Onboarding: Weekly start dates available
